The Hurricane Valley Symphony is in need of some musicians to help complete our spring concert season. We have a specific need for string bass, bassoon, French horn and tuba players. Players of other instruments please e-mail with interest. The Symphony is a local group, made up of musicians who want more opportunities to play

All are welcome to join us for our fall concert. We are excited to showcase some fun pieces we have been working on this season, and to present our first performance with our new symphony directors. Come and support music and the arts in your community.

The Hurricane Valley Symphony would like to introduce our new Director, Nick Lanners and Assistant Director, Ruth Batt. Nick Lanners grew up in St. George, began playing Trumpet at Dixie Middle School, graduated from Dixie State College with a Bachelor of Music Education in 2012. He spent the next 10 years teaching Band and Choir
