Krystin Richardson
Instruments: Viola, Violin, Cello, Bass, Piano
Krystin started piano lessons when she was in 4th grade. She began playing the viola in 6th grade after joining her school orchestra. She played viola through high school and then continued in college at SUU while she got her degree in music education.
David Stapleton
Instruments: Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute
David started playing the clarinet in 4th grade. He participated in solo contests, district and all-star bands, and was selected in all-state band his final two high school years. His greatest musical challenge was overcoming a bicycle accident in high school that resulted in severe mouth damage including the loss of his top front teeth. He was told he would never play clarinet again, but 46 years later, he is still doing it.
