To provide continuing performance and learning experiences for anyone in the community who played a musical instrument earlier in life. We recognize that life has many phases and our goal is to inspire and welcome those who wish to return to their musical training.

To provide continuing enhanced performance and learning experiences for students who are currently involved in musical training. We acknowledge the importance of the many teachers in the area and our goal is to provide the students of those teachers additional opportunities to perform great symphonic music.

To contribute to the rich musical heritage of the Hurricane Valley by providing performance experiences for the community. It is our goal to promote the musical arts and to be a cultural resource for the Hurricane Valley. We hope to inspire, enrich and entertain our diverse symphony members and our audiences through the transformative power of symphonic music.
